These terms cover your use of WagamamaMenuPrices.co.uk. The short version: this is an independent information site, everything on it is a guide rather than a guarantee, and the restaurant in front of you is always the authority.

1. Accepting These Terms
By using WagamamaMenuPrices.co.uk you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They apply to every page, every tool and every comment posted here.
2. What This Site Is For
This site publishes information about the wagamama menu: dishes, prices, calories, allergen data, restaurant locations and opening hours, along with tools for adding those numbers up and recipes for cooking similar food at home.
It is an information resource and nothing more. You cannot order food, book a table, buy a gift card, claim a discount or make a complaint through this site, and we cannot do any of those things on your behalf.
3. Accuracy: The Important Part
Everything here is a guide, not a guarantee. Treat the price at the till, the hours on the door and the allergen advice from the restaurant as correct, and treat this site as the thing that helped you plan.
We take accuracy seriously and explain our method openly on the about page. Even so, the following limits apply and you should read them before relying on anything here.
- Prices vary by restaurant. London, airport and travel-hub restaurants frequently price differently from the rest of the country.
- Some prices are estimates. 93 of the 149 dishes carry a published price. The other 56 are estimated from comparable dishes and are marked "est." wherever they appear. An estimate is our working, not wagamama's price.
- Menus change without notice. Dishes are added, withdrawn, renamed and reformulated, and seasonal items come and go.
- Hours change. Bank holidays, refits, staffing and local events all move opening times. Ring ahead if the trip matters.
- Nutrition figures are typical values. Portioning is done by people, not machines, so the plate in front of you will differ from the published figure.
- Allergen data is never a safety guarantee. Every wagamama kitchen is shared. If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell the restaurant before you order and rely on what they tell you.
4. Independence and Trademarks
WagamamaMenuPrices.co.uk is an independent resource site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to wagamama or The Restaurant Group plc.
"wagamama" and all associated names, logos, menu names and marks are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here for identification and description only, which is the only way this site could describe the food it is about. No endorsement, sponsorship or partnership is claimed or implied, in either direction.
For anything official, including orders, bookings, gift cards, careers and complaints, use wagamama.com.
5. Acceptable Use
When using this site, please do not:
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the site's content or rebuild its dataset elsewhere.
- Attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting or its security.
- Use automated tools to flood the comment or rating features.
- Use the site or its content for anything unlawful.
- Present the site, or content from it, as an official wagamama source.
Quoting a short extract with a link back is fine and always welcome.
6. Comments and Ratings
Comments and ratings are yours. You keep ownership of what you write, and by posting you give us a non-exclusive right to display it on this site and in related contexts, such as a search result that quotes the page.
By posting, you confirm that:
- The content is yours to post and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- It is not abusive, defamatory, misleading or spam.
- It does not contain anyone's personal information, including your own.
We moderate before publishing and may decline or remove anything that breaks the above, without needing to explain each decision. Comments express the views of the people who wrote them, not ours. You can ask us to delete your comment at any time through the contact page.
7. Our Content
The writing, page structure, tools and presentation on this site are ours. The underlying facts, including menu names, prices and nutrition data, originate with wagamama and remain theirs. Photographs may be licensed from third parties or sourced from public listings and remain the property of their owners.
8. Links to Other Sites
We link out to wagamama, to discount providers and to reference sources such as gov.uk. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Once you leave, their terms and privacy policy apply.
9. Advertising
This site carries third-party advertising, which pays for the data collection and hosting. We do not control which specific ads appear and an advertisement is not an endorsement. No advertiser has any influence over what we publish, and no one pays for placement or a favourable mention. How ad cookies work is set out in the privacy policy.
10. Liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the information here, including a price that has changed, a restaurant that has closed, hours that were wrong on the day, or a nutrition or allergen figure that did not match the plate.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the site running and up to date, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Pages may be changed, moved or removed as the menu and the restaurant list change.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page changes when we do, and it is tied to the text rather than to the site's rebuild schedule. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
