Wagamama Desserts Menu with Prices

The wagamama desserts menu covers 12 sweets and starts at £4.50 for the lemon yuzu muffin, with bao nuts, cheesecake, ice creams and an affogato across the range. The headline act is the smoked chocolate caramel cake at £8.30: smoked chocolate mousse, salted caramel, brownie and ganache in one slice.

The signature flavour is miso caramel, which runs through a banana bread, an ice cream and a bao nut, and the banana katsu at 327 kcal applies the katsu crumb to fruit. Four prices here are published by wagamama and the rest are our marked estimates, with the full menu carrying the savoury board.

Half the list is marked vegan, including all three bao nuts, which is rare at this end of a menu. Find your nearest restaurant with the store locator, and order the fried desserts last: they are built to be eaten the moment they land.

About Wagamama Desserts

The dessert list is where wagamama's flavour vocabulary pays off. Miso caramel, salty fermented depth under the sugar, appears in a banana bread, an ice cream and a toffee bao nut. Yuzu sharpens a muffin, ube, the purple sweet potato of Filipino baking, colours a cherry bao nut, and matcha pairs with chocolate in another. The bao nuts themselves are the signature: a panko fried bao around cold ice cream, the hot shell racing the melting scoop.

The banana katsu is the most wagamama dessert on the list, a banana fried in the same panko crumb as the katsu cutlets and, at 327 kcal, one of the lighter choices. The heaviest plate is the ube and cherry bao nut at 533 kcal; the popcorn affogato at 225 kcal is the lightest true dessert. The pricing needs a flag: wagamama publishes prices for only four dishes here, the cheesecake, the smoked chocolate caramel cake, the brownie and the muffin, so most of the section shows our estimates, marked est. Vegan coverage is genuinely strong, six dishes including all three bao nuts.

Wagamama Desserts Questions

A panko crumbed bao, fried hot and filled with a scoop of ice cream and sauce: fried ice cream logic in bao form. Wagamama runs three: ube and cherry, matcha and chocolate, and miso caramel and toffee, all marked vegan.
The four published prices run from £4.50 for the lemon yuzu muffin to £8.30 for the smoked chocolate caramel cake. The rest of the list carries our estimates, since wagamama does not publish those figures.
A banana in fried panko crumb, the dessert cousin of the katsu cutlet, served with ice cream. It is marked vegan and carries 327 kcal, which makes it one of the lighter desserts on the list.
The popcorn affogato at 225 kcal: ice cream drowned in espresso with popcorn over the top. The ube and cherry bao nut tops the list at 533 kcal.
Six of the twelve are marked vegan, including all three bao nuts, the banana katsu and two of the ice creams. That is half the list, which few UK chains match at dessert.
A purple yam used across Filipino desserts, mildly sweet with a vanilla and pistachio edge, and a natural violet colour that needs no dye. In the ube and cherry bao nut it plays the cream to the cherry's sharpness.
The same job salt does in salted caramel, with more depth: miso brings savoury fermented notes that stop the sugar reading flat. Wagamama uses it across three desserts, and it is the flavour the dessert list is best known for.
